INVITED REVIEW: You’ll never know unless you’ll try it for yourself

What’s so great once weekend has landed? It’s to wake up late and do all the laziness on the bed! Hence, BRUNCH has been trending for weekends most especially Friday Brunch. As for me, this only continues my list for Friday Brunch (yahoo!)

Last Friday, it was MAHEC time! Since their concept of brunch is having a Live Chaat counter and Grill station outside, it’s the best time of this season to launch it. I was so excited when I saw this and guess why? I’m about to savor my favourite Pani Puri once again (hahaha!) The grill station part however it’s the only non-veggie one available there and for the veggies it’s done inside. You can dine outside too as there were tables set-up.

Going back inside, a very lively atmosphere is what you can witness. Great music from DJ Jacky that will make you slightly go with the beat. The buffet is prepared on the center near the bar. It’s filled with the all-time favourite indian dishes such as Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer, Daal Makhnee, Lamb Gosht, Biryani Rice, Fresh Roti, etc. There’s also Salad and Dessert stations to complete it up.

On your seats, you’ll be serve the drinks you like. A very spacious dining area they have even the table itself. So you can have a feast there alone. So I started with the Pani Puri, Sev Puri and the Aloo Papdi Chaat however hubby took the main course right away. (No he’s not hungry 😄) And I did too afterwards. All I can say MAHEC is very consistent with the taste of their dishes. I was there previously and you can read my post here: MAHEC in Le Meridien Dubai

Everything is so flavoursome and no regrets will be mentioned. And I don’t want to forget to tell you this, the Lamb Chops are outstanding! How to describe it to you? I can compare it to something like you’re ending eating it like a lollipop! Oh my gosh! If I was not shy to ask more I’ll do it. I literally ate it like a lollipop without anything with it. No need for sauce, no need for roti or whatsoever. It’s so so delicious! Meat is so tender and juicy. Hubby was stunned too!

Dessert? You can’t throw any of it too. Ras Malai, Gulab Jamun, Custard Fig and Mango Mousse. I really like the taste of all these. It’s very precise to what how it should really taste.

You better try them out. Foodies, this is a must on your list. A family friendly place which I always recommend. There’s a bar and undeniably yes there will be people drinking however they were properly placed in one corner where it’s not that visible to others. Staffs are attentive and I was surprised they can remember me for my 2nd visit. I’m taking that as a compliment.
