FREE EVALUATION: Keep a healthy snack with Eat Real

Everyone loves snacking any time of the day even until midnight. But of course thinking that these are junk foods it makes us feel guilty especially if a person is health conscious or trying to keep a healthy diet.

Thanks to Eat Real is now in UAE. A brand from UK that is focused on using natural ingredients. Most of their products are suitable for vegans and some for vegetarians too aside from being gluten-free.

I got 4 kinds of their chips i.e Lentil, Quinoa, Veggie and Hummus chips. And on each kinds I got few flavours out of them. Available in large and small sizes. So I sometimes add this in Hamza’s snack bag and even for me to office. They are crispy and crunchy! One of the Fabulous ideas to serve in a bowl even in a party or picnic.

Well, we have several situations when we want to munch! E.g. break time, busy on the desk, watching movie, reading a book, surfing the net, and so on. This is a guilt-free product that we can rely on our snacking habit.

And when it’s a surely healthy snack, kids can jump on them too! I love giving Hamza the Lentil and Veggie Chips to him (non-spicy flavours) because there’s no powder poured on the chips as an added flavour. Moreover, the flavours itself are very unique. Such as Kale Tomato Spinach, Sundried Tomato and Roasted Garlic, Sour Cream and Chives, Chilli and Lemon, Creamy Dill, Jalapeno and Cheddar, etc.

You will find these healthy goodies in your nearest leading supermarkets like Carrefour, Al Maya, Dr. Nutrition (really proves it’s healthy to be present in their shelves), Union Coop and All Day.

So which chips have you been kind of addicted with lately? Come on share it below on the comment section yah?
